Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering or using any services provided by lvjl. By creating an account and accessing the lvjl platform, you agree to be bound by all terms set out herein. If you do not agree, you must not use the lvjl platform.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and lvjl ("lvjl", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the lvjl website located at https://lvjl.org, including all games, betting services, promotions, and related services (collectively the "Platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager on the lvjl Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms in their entirety.
In these Terms, the following definitions apply:
2.1 To register and maintain an Account on lvjl, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:
2.2 Each Player may hold only one (1) Account. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or fraudulent accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
2.3 Registration requires submission of accurate, complete, and current personal information including full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, email address, and mobile number. lvjl reserves the right to conduct identity verification ("KYC") at any time and may require supporting documentation such as a government-issued identification card, utility bill, or bank statement. Accounts that fail KYC verification may be restricted or closed.
2.4 By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and agree to notify lvjl promptly of any changes. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. lvjl will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to keep your credentials secure.
3.2 You must notify lvjl immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. Contact our support team at [email protected] or via live chat.
3.3 You agree not to allow any other person to access or use your Account. Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable.
3.4 lvjl recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account to enhance security. While 2FA is not mandatory, it significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access.
4.1 All deposits and withdrawals on the lvjl Platform are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. Supported payment methods include GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and PesoNet. Available methods may vary and are subject to change without notice.
4.2 The minimum deposit is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times are published in the lvjl Help Centre and may vary by payment method. Withdrawals to GCash and Maya are typically processed within five (5) minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within the same business day, subject to banking cut-off times.
4.3 lvjl reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests, including requesting source-of-funds documentation, in compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or suspended pending completion of due diligence.
4.4 Players may only withdraw funds to payment methods registered in their own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
4.5 All payment transactions are subject to applicable Philippine regulations including Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) guidelines and PAGCOR financial compliance requirements.
5.1 lvjl may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published on the respective promotion page, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
5.2 Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable funds. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits are detailed on each promotion page.
5.3 lvjl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Abuse of bonuses — including, without limitation, matched betting, arbitrage, use of automated software, or collusion — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and Account suspension.
5.4 Players may hold only one active bonus at a time unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
6.1 All wagers placed on the lvjl Platform are final once confirmed. Wagers cannot be cancelled or modified after placement, except as expressly provided in the specific game or event rules.
6.2 lvjl reserves the right to void any wager placed at incorrect or erroneous odds or prices due to technical error, data feed failure, or manifest error. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the Player's Account.
6.3 In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any game or sporting event, lvjl's determination shall be final, subject to the formal complaints procedure set out in Section 15.
6.4 Maximum bet and win limits apply across all products and may differ by game type, market, and Player tier. Current limits are published in the lvjl Help Centre.
7.1 Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following conduct on the lvjl Platform:
7.2 Any breach of this Section 7 entitles lvjl to immediately suspend or permanently terminate the offending Account, void all pending wagers, and forfeit any balances, without liability to the Player. lvjl reserves the right to report suspected fraudulent or illegal activity to the appropriate Philippine authorities.
8.1 All content on the lvjl Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game engines, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and audiovisual materials — is the exclusive property of lvjl or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform without lvjl's express prior written consent.
9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, lvjl's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to the lvjl Platform in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.2 lvjl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of enjoyment, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if lvjl has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9.3 lvjl does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary service unavailability. lvjl will not be liable for losses incurred during periods of service unavailability.
10.1 lvjl collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at https://lvjl.org/privacy-policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of this agreement.
10.2 By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for KYC verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance purposes.
11.1 lvjl is committed to promoting responsible gaming. All Players must be aged 21 years or older. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with applicable age restrictions at all times.
11.2 lvjl provides the following responsible gaming tools to all Account holders:

11.4 The PAGCOR Responsible Gaming Hotline for Philippine players is 1800-2255-7267. lvjl encourages any Player who feels their gambling may be causing harm to seek help immediately.
11.5 lvjl may impose mandatory responsible gaming measures — including account restrictions, forced cool-off periods, or account closure — on any Player who displays indicators of problem gambling, as part of our duty of care obligations under applicable PAGCOR-related regulatory frameworks.
12.1 lvjl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal conduct, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.
12.2 You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Any real-money balance remaining in the Account at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds.
12.3 Accounts that have been inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. lvjl will make reasonable efforts to contact you before applying any dormancy management procedures.
13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through lvjl's internal complaints process (see Section 15) shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
13.3 Where lvjl holds applicable PAGCOR licensing or operates under a PAGCOR-regulated framework, disputes may also be referred to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms as an alternative to court proceedings.
14.1 lvjl reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email to the address registered on their Account and/or by prominent notice on the Platform, with at least seven (7) days' advance notice where practicable.
14.2 Your continued use of the lvjl Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12.
15.1 For general enquiries, account assistance, and first-line support, lvjl's customer service team is available 24/7 via live chat on the Platform and by email at [email protected].
15.2 If you wish to submit a formal complaint, please email [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint" and include your Account username, a detailed description of the issue, and any supporting documentation. lvjl will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within five (5) business days.
15.3 If you are not satisfied with the outcome of lvjl's internal complaints process, you may, where applicable, escalate your complaint to PAGCOR or such other regulatory authority as may have jurisdiction over lvjl's operations.
You must be at least 21 years old to register and play on lvjl. This is a non-negotiable requirement aligned with Philippine casino gaming law. Age verification may be requested at any time.
All transactions on lvjl are in Philippine Peso. GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, and other PH payment methods are supported. Minimum deposit ₱100. Withdrawals processed within five minutes for GCash and Maya.
Each Player may hold exactly one lvjl Account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and result in immediate suspension and balance forfeiture. Your Account is personal and non-transferable.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes may be referred to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms or the competent Philippine courts.
